Stoneware butter bell made from brick-red and cream clays with black flecks peppered throughout. The inside is coated in glossy translucent white glaze. The outer body is raw clay, sanded smooth.
Put butter in the lid and fill the base with water to create an airtight seal that keeps the butter fresh.
The marbling process results in a variety of unique striations which render each piece unique.

Each piece is handmade and slight variations in size, shape, and color are to be expected. On marbled pieces, the creation process results in a wide variation of organic striations, rendering each piece unique.
Care and use
This piece is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is advised. Not recommended for use in the microwave or oven.
