Care and use
All tableware is food safe, lead free, and dishwasher safe—however, gentle hand washing is advised. Microwave use is not recommended, especially on clays with speckles.
I do not recommend putting your pieces in the oven. Ceramics can crack if they are shocked by extreme temperatures.
Return policy
Returns
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, each item is unique with individual differences in color and size. Slight variations from the online images are to be expected and are not a valid reason for a refund. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please send me a message.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I may not have replacement pieces, but I will see what I can do to make it right.
Refunds
In the event of an approved refund, you’ll be notified and automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping
Shipping Method
Shipping is available to destinations within the United States. Items will be shipped from San Francisco, CA using USPS Priority Mail or UPS (whichever is a better balance of speed and price). Shipments will include tracking and insurance. Items will be mailed within 10 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. If you would like to have your item sent rush or with any other special handling, please send me a message prior to placing your order.
Once the package leaves my studio I am not able to access any information beyond what is available on the tracking page, and am not responsible for any delays or missing shipments.
Packaging
In an effort to reduce waste and shipping costs, items will be packed using recycled reusable materials.
Local Pickup
If you are able to pick up your items in person in San Francisco, you may choose the “Local Pickup” shipping method during checkout for free shipping. I will contact you to arrange a meeting.
International shipping
Unfortunately due to the cost of shipping and fragility of items, international shipping is not available at this time.
